We want you to be happy with our products. In case you’re not totally satisfied, please send an email to info@etnoo-skincare.com within 30 days of your purchase. Simply return the unused products, and we will be happy to refund the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable since they are directly accounted to the shipping partner. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

We cannot offer exchanges with other products at the moment.
