Our products can safely be used during pregnancy. The very creation of Etnoo actually began during the own pregnancy of our founder. We provide a detailed ingredient list on our website and recommend that you review them in order to determine if the ingredients are suitable with your pregnancy plan and needs. If you have any doubts, we advise checking with your doctor first. 

Our products only contain clean and non toxic ingredients. We provide the full ingredient list for you to check in case you have doubts about the ingredients that are suitable for you and your breastfeeding journey. We always recommend checking with your doctor first when in doubt. 

We are a brand new label. For the moment you can find our products online exclusively. We are working on growing our brand so that we can one day open a store near you. In the meantime, we choose potential future distribution partners wisely. 

Our products have a very high percentage of pure natural wax, oils and butters. This means that the ingredients are in their rawest forms compared to other brands. These ingredients have a very strong natural smell of their own and can create a natural and powerful scent just as nature intended. We do not add any synthetic perfume to our fragrance free options. This way, we can guarantee a natural and clean product. 

Our products are specifically made and tested for sensitive and delicate skins. They are made specifically to suit all skin types and all ages. For Every Body. 

The nanoscale means that it is 80’000 times smaller than the width of a human hair and can therefore penetrate through skin.

By Non-nano, we mean that we don’t use nano zinc oxide particles. It protects you from the UVA and UVB rays while also being safer for your body. 

Our formulas haven been carefully created with organic and natural ingredients of the highest quality. Almost all of our ingredients have been certified organic by ECOCERT.

We are currently in the process of being certified by COSMOS to garantee organic and natural skincare products you can trust.

We currently ship within Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary and Spain. As our business grows, we are committed to shipping worldwide. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Our normal delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with our products, you may return the products at your own cost. We will give you a refund providing that the goods are returned within 30 days after receiving your purchase.

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so as long as the order hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us at info@etnoo-skincare.com with your order reference. To cancel or modify your order please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do it before the order ships.  

We currently can’t send any samples, since our formulas are very sensitive and packaging tests are strict and long. We have currently not yet engaged in compatibility tests with sampling packaging (which is always less qualitative than original packs), so we can’t guarantee the quality of our product in such a small volume. If samples will be available in the future, we will let you know on our website.
